1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website or any services provided by Call2Launch S.A. de C.V. ("Call2Launch", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services or website.
2. Scope of Services
Call2Launch provides business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, including but not limited to:
Inbound and outbound call services
Lead generation and appointment setting
Customer and technical support
Back-office support and data processing
All services are provided on a flexible, non-contractual basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
Cooperate with Call2Launch teams and respect response timelines
Maintain ownership and responsibility for any data, leads, or instructions provided
Abide by all applicable local and international laws in conjunction with our services
4. Confidentiality
Call2Launch respects the confidentiality of all client data, campaigns, and proprietary materials. Both parties agree not to disclose any non-public information unless legally required or with prior written consent.
5. No Long-Term Commitments
Unless stated otherwise in a signed service agreement, Call2Launch does not enforce long-term contracts. Clients are free to pause or discontinue services at any time with a minimum of 7 days’ notice.
6. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued on a [weekly/monthly] basis based on service usage and agreed rates
Payments are due within [7/14] calendar days of invoice issuance
Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees
All fees are non-refundable unless agreed upon in writing
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, all scripts, software, processes, and training materials developed by Call2Launch remain the sole property of Call2Launch. Client-provided materials remain the property of the client.
8. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time without liability, provided reasonable notice is given to active clients.
9. Limitation of Liability
Call2Launch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the previous 30 days for the affected service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Aguascalientes, Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Aguascalientes.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
